Axiomatic solutions are typically based around a MS Windows Graphics User Interface (GUI), a Motion Control Card and a Motion Box housing the various electrical components such as drive cards and other I/O units. The GUI normally runs on a standard PC but can be provided on a industrial platform together with an appropriate front panel. The motion control card is based on a high speed 32 bit processor running it own embedded executive software. The controller can be accommodated within the PC platform, standalone or within the Motion Box. The motion box is designed according to high industrial standards to accommodate the various components necessary for driving axes motors and other Output devices such as relays and sensors.
